Participants are encouraged to register using a credit card via PayPal or pay by bank-to-bank remittance, personal check or international money order.

Registration fees

The deadline for early registration is June 15, 2009.

The registration fee entitles delegates to the following:
• All meals: lunches, refreshments during breaks (Breakfast should be included with hotel accommodations.)
• Entry to all scientific sessions and poster viewing.
• A copy of the Final Program & Abstract Book.

The registration fee for accompanying persons entitles to the following:
• Opening Reception, lunches and dinners (Breakfast should be included with hotel accommodations.)
